Danny Boy's is the creation of chef Daniel Holzman, a classically trained chef who started his career in New York City kitchens at just 15 years old. He spent years testing recipes, studying old-school pizza technique, and sourcing the right ingredients with one goal: bringing an authentic East Coast slice to Los Angeles with no shortcuts, no California reinterpretations.

The result is a menu built around signature pies served whole or by the slice: classic cheese, pepperoni, meatball, a white pie with mushrooms, and a proper Sicilian, plus build-your-own options. Beyond the pizza, you'll find wings, beer, and fresh salads. Every bit of it made with a passion for great ingredients and old-school technique.
